Saif Al Yazidi is the founder of Horizons Business consultancy. He is an experienced Omani with over 21 years of experience in the field of Investment and business. Saif held the Position of Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Investment Committee at the Civil Service Pension Fund, one of the largest Pension funds in Oman. He was in charge of the Pension fund’s multi billions Investment portfolio covering wide range of assets such as Equites, fixed income, Private Equites and Real estate.
During Saif’s extensive career at CSEPF he represented the Pension Fund in the boards of several large SAOG and SAOC companies in different market sectors, locally and abroad. He also participated in several start up projects in the country and involved in some major mergers & acquisitions, businesses process engineering and strategic restructuring projects in various fields.

Samia Al Yazidi is a partner in Horizons Business Consultancy since establishment in 2019. She previously headed the Budget Planning and Projects at the Public Authority of Civil Aviation In Oman. Along side her duties she was also appointed as a member of the Technical Committee for the multi billions international airports of Muscat and Salala from 2012 to 2018 where she plaid a major role in liaising and communicating with the project manager and contractors to ensure a successful completion ad handover of the projects.
prior to Samia’s position in PACA she started her career at the Ministry of Transportations and Communications from 1994 to 2011 in the field of accounting, Auditing, and budget planning, dealing with major infrastructure projects in the country.

Ubaid Cheema is a Partner and the Managing Director at HBC Business Consultancy. He is a Certified Charted account (ACCA) and has an extensive experience working with reputable Charted Accounts Firms in the past. He has a wealth of experience in strategy development and business transformation across various industries.
Ubaid works with HBC clients to identify areas of opportunities and create action plans to improve their business. He also customs his areas of expertise to train, onsite support, and guide HBC clients to achieve their business objectives.

Muhammad Zubair is a qualified professional with over 11 years of experience in audit, accounting, and finance across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, education, and services. He is a Certified Charted Accountant (ACCA), and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Zubair has a proven track record in conducting statutory and internal audits, financial reporting, and managing taxation, he has demonstrated expertise in IFRS, financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management. His experience spans across multiple roles, including Audit Supervisor and Senior Associate, where he has led audit engagements and ensured compliance with financial standards.

Saba Fatima is a highly skilled Senior Auditor at Horizons Business Consultancy in Muscat, Oman, with over 10 years of experience in audit and advisory services. Holding an ACCA certification, she has been a valuable team member at HBC since 2019.
Saba excels in delivering comprehensive audit services and strategic advisory across diverse industries, including Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Logistics. Her expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and control testing, coupled with her background in financial management from her previous role as Finance Manager at Said Ali Said Al Batashi United, enables her to provide clients with insightful and reliable financial solutions. Saba’s meticulous approach and dedication to excellence uphold HBC’s reputation for top-tier service and expertise.
B.A Graduate in Accountancy & Business Studies
Muhannad is a young talented Omani with a tremendous passion in the field of accountancy and business. He is B.A graduate with Honors in Accountancy & Business Studies. Prior joining HBC, Munnad took several part times job, where he gained several skills in customer service, IT, and HR.
Muhanad chose to join and grow with the family of HBC as a client Relationship Manager with an aim to take part of the consultancy team in the future.
Saqib Saleem is a Business Graduate with a focus on Marketing, serving as an Admin & Marketing Executive at Horizons Business Consultancy. He brings a wealth of expertise in marketing research, planning, and business development.
Saqib’s strengths lie in analyzing market trends, understanding consumer behavior, and developing strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results. Rana Noman Shahzad is the Director of Assurance at HBC, bringing over 12 years of professional experience in providing assurance services across the Middle East, including Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and holds a CPAA from the UK along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Rana specializes in the Oil and Gas sector and has worked with key clients such as OQ Group, ENI Oman (Cost Recovery), Masirah Oil, Nama Group, Saud Bahwan Group, Gulf Energy Group, Mubadrah Group, Sea and Land Drilling Inc., Occidental Oman, Majd Al Futtaim Hypermarkets, K-Electric, Petrofac Group, Mustafa Sultan Group, and Kerzner International Holdings Limited (UAE). His role as Assurance Director involves overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing audit strategies, leading audit teams, and enhancing the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting through thorough risk assessment and internal control evaluation.
